The proposed multi-specialty clinic on Eagle Road, Boise, ID just passed the required Variance hearing held on December 18th (CVA24-00023). We will be moving on to the Design Review hearing with Boise Planning and Development on January 8th (DRH24-00336). We look forward to presenting the project and feel confident we'll be developing construction documents for an anticipated start to construction in Spring 2025.
